Do I need to be fast to join?
No, I coach runners of all levels. The only requirement is commitment.
Is this remote or in-person?
All coaching is online so I can support runners anywhere. However 1:1 F2F is available if in North West, UK and willing to travel. [separate charge]
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, minimum of 4 months so we can make real progress.
Can I combine this with gym, Hyrox, or other sports?
Yes, I integrate running with strength training or other goals so everything supports each other.
What if I lose motivation?
That’s exactly what me and my team are there for! Accountability and support when motivation dips.
How do we communicate?
Primarily through WhatsApp for check-ins and questions, plus the group chat for team support. Also, unplanned FaceTime calls from me.
